Delivery, Refunds & Exchange
nextinct places paramount importance in ensuring our customers are satisfied if not delighted with our products. Delivery schedules are shown below which we are sure are worst case scenarios. We are all aware that human nature dictates that mistakes do happen and in that unlikely event, and to the end of ensuring our customers are happy with our service, we have outlined below the terms and conditions for return of goods inadvertantly sent or indeed returned for reasons of dissatisfaction.
All nextinct products should be delivered within 10 working days anywhere in mainland Australia. nextinct endeavours to post all products to our customers within 2 days of receipt of order but the vagaries of postal systems and remote area access can cause delays outwith nextinct’s control.
International deliveries will be processed in a similar time period but again, nextinct can only try to ensure that all deliveries are made within a maximum time period of 21 working days.
2.0 Goods not ordered
If you have been sent something that you did not order, please contact nextinct within 7 days of receipt by telephone in Australia on 08 6161 8953 or internationally on +618 6161 8953 or by email at email@example.com. In this case we shall pay the return shipping cost up to the price of the original shipping method.
3.0 Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your nextinct product for any reason, please contact nextinct on the numbers and email address provided above and on our contacts page within 30 days of receipt. Only goods which are new, in their original packaging with all tags intact and are unused will be accepted for refund or exchange. We cannot accept clothing which has been smoke or odour damaged.
When the return or exchange has been approved, you will be provided with a Return/Exchange authorisation number. Please record this number on a copy of your delivery packing slip or order receipt and send this form with all items returned to the address below:-

nextinct is unable to refund postage costs for returns unless nextinct has made a mistake having sent the wrong product or the product is unuseable due to a defect. Exchanges not the result of a defect or mistake by nextinct in sending the wrong product will require additional postage and handling charges. Additional charges are $12.50 for Australian customers and $16.50 for New Zealand. International customers will be contacted to arrange additional return postage costs relative to geographical location and tariffs.
Returns should be sent through an insured/traceable courier of your choice but please note, nextinct is not responsible for packages sent to us which are lost or damaged.
